Daily manage your business’s financial, human, material, and intellectual resources strategically for effective and efficient planning, coordination, distribution, monitoring, and evaluation.

Engaging in Strategic Activities:
Participate in strategic business and social activities to enhance your business brand positively in the eyes of your target audience and the world at large, similar to what Mr. Tony Elumelu is intentionally doing with the UBA brand.

Driving Business Transactions:
Actively participate in achieving sales targets and milestones. Demonstrate to your team that you can bring in revenue, not just manage them.

Building a Reward System:
Develop an internal culture that rewards and promotes based on individual productivity and contribution to the bottom line.
