At the end of the course, participants should be able to:

Participants who meet attendance requirements, complete ethics case reviews, culture-building exercises, and submit an internal culture improvement plan would receive a BUSLMA Mini MBA Professional Certificate in Workplace Ethics & Organisational Culture.

Delivery should include:
● Online: ethics modules, policy interpretation, case studies, culture diagnostics, and reflection tasks;
● Offline: facilitated discussions, behavioural simulations, leadership conversations, and culture design workshops.
